Job Descriptions:
- Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programs to drive recruitment, productivity, and retention
- Proactively engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co-create impactful training content, methodologies, and learning journeys
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously enhance training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics
- Contribute to training governance, short-term and long-term training strategies development, and resource planning in alignment with the Company objectives

- Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks, and experiential learning approaches
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc initiatives related to leadership capability building and organizational development
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder with8+ years of relevant training experience from the insurance industry
- Well reversed leadership training experience, including designing, planning, and delivering of workshops
- Provenhands-onexperience in designing and delivering leadership training for mid-to-senior level leaders
- Ability toanalyzetraining needs, instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation
- Sound knowledge and experience in talent development frameworks, leadership competencies, and succession programs
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and partner across teams
