• Proactively identify and mitigate risks within client relationships while developing long-term account strategies.

• Proven people leadership experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams of client management, account management, or relationship management professionals.

• Demonstrated experience managing and growing strategic client relationships within a complex business environment.

• Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders and decisionmakers.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities for revenue growth and account expansion.

• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes.

• Experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or technology industries.

• Knowledge of merchant acquiring, payment processing, or enterprise commerce solutions.
