  • Strengthen controls: standardise tracking, document turnaround milestones, establish response SLAs, deliver weekly senior management updates.

Pillar B — Group Head Office (“GHO”) Service Fee Transfer Pricing Calculations & Governance

  • Own end-to-end GHO TP process, annual cycle execution, and data readiness.
  • Develop and maintain BPM/SOP; drive process improvements (policy manual, template revamp, automation, twice-yearly cost centre-owner cadence).
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for GHO TP matters on behalf of the Recharge team.

Pillar C — LBU Engagement (Quarterly Cadence)

  • Quarterly LBU engagement cadence with Central Entities' counterparts on recharge status, contract execution, billing/settlement, and disputes
  • Synthesise BU feedback into thematic summaries for Group Finance leadership / RCEO and Board updates
  • Resolution of recurring queries/disputes via coordination with Procurement CoS, Risk/TPRM, and service-provider owners
  • Maintain quarterly engagement pack and act as operational liaison between Group Recharge team and LBU finance teams
