What you’ll do
We’re looking for a hands-on B2B performance marketer who can connect upper-funnel media to measurable acquisition outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of media, AdTech, MarTech, measurement, and demand generation—you’ll help turn impressions and engagement across programmatic, CTV, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels into qualified pipeline and revenue.
You’ll own the campaign infrastructure and measurement systems that make this possible, from campaign and audience strategy to tagging, first-party audiences, lead enrichment, and the flow of signals between media platforms, Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics. You’ll also develop practical ways to evaluate lead quality and identify early signals of downstream performance, helping the team make smarter investment decisions while B2B conversion cycles mature.
This role is based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
Own full-funnel B2B brandformance across programmatic display/video, CTV, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, connecting brand media to qualified pipeline and revenue.
Manage campaign and media operations, including insertion orders, line items, audiences, budgets, pacing, frequency, inventory, and creative optimization.
Develop and test first-party, account-based, behavioral, retargeting, and prospecting audiences to improve targeting and lead quality.
Own advertising measurement infrastructure across Google Tag Manager, DV360, Floodlight, pixels, conversion tracking, and view-through measurement.
Troubleshoot tagging, tracking, attribution, and data-quality issues across media platforms, websites, CRM systems, and analytics.
Partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to connect media signals with Marketo, Salesforce, lead enrichment, lifecycle stages, and offline conversions.
Analyze lead and account-level data to identify which audiences, placements, creative, and media exposures drive higher-quality B2B demand.
Develop leading indicators of lead quality and leverage AI and analytical approaches to inform optimization before mature pipeline and revenue data is available.
Design and evaluate measurement and incrementality frameworks, including lift tests, geo experiments, holdouts, and audience tests.
Build a continuous feedback loop connecting media performance, audience quality, pipeline, and revenue to improve future targeting and investment decisions.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, brandformance, programmatic media, demand generation, or a related discipline.
Proven experience connecting upper-funnel media to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue through full-funnel campaign strategy and measurement.
Hands-on expertise with DV360 and programmatic media, including campaign architecture, insertion orders, line items, audience targeting, pacing, frequency, and optimization.
Strong working knowledge of CTV and digital advertising measurement, including impression tracking, view-through measurement, conversion tracking, and attribution.
Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager and digital measurement implementation, including tagging requirements, QA, troubleshooting, and data validation.
Strong experience with Marketo and Salesforce and understanding of how media, lead, account, opportunity, and attribution data connect across the funnel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate lead and account-level data and translate media signals into actionable insights.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Marketing, RevOps, Data Science, Analytics, and technical teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with first-party audience activation, lead enrichment, firmographic/account data, and CRM-to-media integrations.
Experience designing or evaluating incrementality tests, lift studies, geo experiments, holdouts, or other causal measurement approaches.
Experience using AI, machine learning, predictive scoring, or advanced analytics to improve audience targeting or lead-quality assessment.
Experience building scalable measurement frameworks, tagging governance, and campaign QA processes across multiple channels or markets.
Experience in a complex B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology environment with longer sales cycles.
