What We Need

The PGA TOUR 2K Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Product Marketing. We are responsible for building data-driven marketing strategies that reach and engage fans with value-rich experiences that drive revenue growth, brand health, and loyalty. We aim to connect fans around the world to the most engaging golf platform: our franchise.

As a Manager, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for helping deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns, in partnership with internal and external partners, to drive player satisfaction and commercial success. From Seasonal Live-Service executions, to multi-faceted partnership campaigns, to targeted in-game promotions, you will ideate on product feature messaging and strategies, lead in-game creative development, oversee tactical execution plans, and leverage new and emerging technologies to best serve our players. This is a role that never stands still, and where no two days are the same.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a true product marketing expert that understands every facet of our game and how they serve our current and prospective players. Within the integrated marketing team, it is your responsibility to be the product’s source of truth to help inform go-to-market strategies through a strong, collaborative mindset and data-driven insight. An existing passion for, or a willingness to learn about, the sport of golf is key: the PGA TOUR 2K franchise is the most authentic representation of the sport, and success in this role is determined by our ability to demonstrate that to our players.

What You Will Do

  • Manage comprehensive end-to-end marketing campaigns across our full live-services machine. From title-level level marketing planning, to Seasonal creative executions, to Free-to-Play activations, to real-life sporting event tie-ins. You will often manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Authentically represent player needs by knowing our game in and out, through a deep understanding and appreciation for player insights and analytics, as well as time spent in the game testing out features and flows to best represent ways we highlight product value and live services content.
  • Own our in-game lifecycle strategy: architecting messaging and offer constructs that move our players through the optimal player experience. Leverage campaign learnings and insights to optimize evergreen messaging and intervention timings.
  • Lead and execute high-profile brand partnerships, influencer tie-ins, and promotional activations; you will work with internal Partnerships and Product teams to help establish how our licensed partners come to life in-game, then build marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement with their branded content.
  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships across our Business Unit and our shared service teams to ensure zero friction in the execution of integrated global campaigns.

What Will Make You A Great Fit

Product Passion & Literacy: You're as comfortable in a product roadmap conversation as a campaign brief kick off call. You know how to establish, define and represent marketing priorities to influence product decisions and create content that authentically resonates with our players.

Operational Rigor: You can hold multiple campaigns, live and upcoming, in harmony without losing precision on any one of them—meeting internal and external deadlines to execute flawlessly.

Content & Channel Fluency: You can partner with multiple cross-functional teams to orchestrate a multi-touchpoint tactical execution, understanding the nuance between owned, earned and paid channels to maximise acquisition and engagement.

Partnership & Licensing Acumen: You know how to run activations that integrate licenses, licensors and/or talent from concept through to legal sign-off, balancing creative ambition with third-party and IP priorities and obligations.

Cross-Functional Influence: You build trust quickly with key stakeholders across the Business Unit, shared services teams, and our development studio. You will operate as the connective tissue that keeps teams moving in the same direction towards execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing, live-service campaign management, or lifecycle marketing experience within gaming or digital entertainment.
  • Extensive knowledge or interest in sports verticals, ideally golf.
  • Passion to deliver thoughtfully integrated campaigns players can resonate with, that showcase the product as a means to drive awareness, acquisition and retention.
  • Deep understanding of how to measure and report on marketing performance across owned and operated, earned, and paid channels.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and learnings to influence real-time decision making.
  • Familiarity with PC & console gaming marketing (PlayStation, Xbox. Steam) a plus.
