Im Zuge der geplanten Ausgründung der Business Unit ZEISS Hunting & Nature entsteht ein neues, eigenständiges Unternehmen. Die Rekrutierung erfolgt über ZEISS. Die Anstellung selbst wird bei der derzeit in Gründung befindlichen eigenständigen Gesellschaft erfolgen.
Ihre Rolle
- Sie verantworten die Einhaltung aller nationalen und internationalen Vorschriften im Bereich Exportkontrolle, Außenwirtschaftsrecht und Zoll
- Sie klassifizieren Güter nach unterschiedlichen Systematiken (HTS, USML)
- Sie bewerten Exportvorgänge hinsichtlich Genehmigungspflichten (z.B. Dual-Use-Güter, Embargos, Sanktionen) und Einholung der Genehmigungen (z.B. beim BAFA, DDTC, ATF&E,)
- Sie holen Genehmigungen und Bewilligungen (z.B. AEO, Abladestellen,) beim Zoll ein
- Sie implementieren, entwickeln Trade-Compliance-Prozessen und interne Kontrollsysteme weiter und überwachen diese
- Sie führen Risikoanalysen sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Compliance-Richtlinien durch
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Behörden, interne Fachabteilungen sowie externe Partner Schulung und unterstützen die Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitenden zu Exportkontroll- und Compliance-Themen
- Sie unterstützen bei internen und externen Audits
- Sie überwachen Sanktionslisten und Geschäftspartnerprüfungen

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht, Außenhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie zeichnet eine umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle / Trade Compliance aus
- Sie können auf Fundierte Kenntnisse im Außenwirtschaftsrecht (z. B. AWG, AWV, EU-Dual-Use-Verordnung) zurückgreifen
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Compliance-Tools
- Sie sind analytisch und arbeiten strukturiert mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit
- Sie besitzen Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
