" 설비 이상 발생 시 원인 분석 및 개선 대책 수립

" Lean, Six Sigma 기반 공정 개선 활동 수행

" 생산, 품질, 설비 등 관련 부서와 협업을 통한 문제 해결 및 개선 추진

" 제조 공정 분석 및 개선을 통한 생산성 향상 및 품질 안정화

" OEE, Cycle Time, 수율 등 주요 지표 분석 및 공정 최적화

" 신규 공정, 설비 및 생산 라인 구축 및 개선

" 작업표준서(SOP) 및 공정 관련 문서 개발 및 관리

" ISO 9001, 14001, 45001

" 공정 및 설비 안전 기준 준수 및 관련 활동 지원

" 기계공학 또는 관련 전공 전문학사 학위 이상 또는 이에 상응하는 학력 보유자

" 제조업 분야(자동차, 산업용 장비 등) 제조기술 직무 경력 3년 이상

" 조립 공정 또는 유사 제조 공정에서의 실무 경험 보유자

" AutoCAD 및 3D CAD(Solid Edge)를 사용한 Jig, Fixture, 수작업 Tool 설계 능숙자

" 공정 개선 및 문제 해결 활동 수행 경험

" 설비 및 공정 이해도 보유자
