工作内容：
文档整理与维护：
- 整理，维护或评审研发质量相关的文档、记录和报告。
- 协助更新研发质量流程文件和标准，确保文档的准确性和完整性。
问题跟踪与分析：
- 协助记录和跟踪研发质量问题。
- 支持团队进行问题分析，并跟进问题解决方案的实施。
会议与跨部门协作：
- 参加团队会议，记录会议要点和行动项。
- 协助组织/参与跨部门讨论，沟通质量相关信息和决策。
支持项目管理：
- 协助经理进行任务分配和进度跟踪。
支持其他部门事宜培训与学习
- 协助梳理质量流程中的痛点, 总结实习期间的质量案例，与团队分享经验
岗位要求（专业/英语/出勤）
专业背景：
- 不限。在读本科或硕士生。
英语能力：
- 具备良好的英语读写能力，能阅读专业文档和撰写报告。
- 能够进行基本的英语口语交流，参与会议和沟通。
出勤要求：
- 一周全勤，有事可请假。
其他技能：
- 掌握基本的办公软件，如Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
- 具备较强的问题解决能力和主动性。
