维修技师

职位描述：

1.注重个人及他人安全。

2.负责单边工厂（400系列&1100.904.1200系列）发动机故障维修，严格按照返修流程标准，发现异常及时反馈。

3.不定期出差（客户端短期驻厂支持），快速支持客户，现场问题解决和排查反馈。

4.适应倒班（早中班） 发动机故障的根本原因分析，行动措施的实施与跟踪。

5.除负责区域外，对GRA其他区域受过培训工作，能够独立操作 合理分配工作的优先级 严格执行TPM工作计划，可以发现TPM不足之处，努力提高工作效率 维护工作区域内5S要求，分数在4.5分以上。

6.具备良好的沟通能力和维修报告填写能力。
