Where You’ll Make a Difference

Support day-to-day marketing activities for assigned fragrance categories and projects.
Assist in the development and launch of new fragrance concepts and innovations.
Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure key milestones are met.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and customer meetings.
Evaluate existing products and recommend improvements or growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Perfumery, Consumer Insights, and Creative teams on business initiatives.
Support other projects as assigned.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, category management, product management, or FMCG.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.
