Werde Teil unseres Teams in der bp Business Services Germany GmbH und gestalte aktiv Kampagnen, Content und kanalübergreifende Kommunikation mit.
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die Marketingaktivitäten in Deutschland mit Fokus auf integrierte Kampagnen und wirkungsvolle Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
Du setzt Kampagnen, Inhalte und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen operativ um und bringst diese in enger Abstimmung mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern zielgerichtet in den Markt. Dabei koordinierst du Maßnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg und stellst eine konsistente Umsetzung entlang unserer Kommunikations- und Markenrichtlinien sicher.
Das erwartet dich
- Unterstützung bei integrierten Marketing- und Kommunikationskampagnen
- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Inhalten über mehrere Kanäle hinweg
- Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung im Budget- und Rechnungsmanagement
- Auswertung von Ergebnissen und Ableitung von Optimierungsansätzen

Das solltest du mitbringen
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing oder in der Marketingkommunikation
- Verständnis für kanalübergreifende Kommunikation und Markenarbeit
- Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit komplexen Stakeholder-Setups
- Erfahrung mit Reporting und der Ableitung von Insights
