Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns. Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and assets, ensuring timely and accurate execution to achieve campaign objectives.

Offline Events Management: Take a leads role in planning, coordinating and executing marketing activities for offline events, such as tradeshows, customer events and conferences.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing materials and ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates key messages.

Communication Channel Management: Manage communication channels, including company website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other relevant channels. Regularly update content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries to maintain a consistent and active online presence.

Demand gen implementation: Assist in developing and implementing demand gen initiatives, including funnel build-up/tracking, MQL/SQL conversion and leads nurturing plan. Maintain relationships with media contacts to generate positive coverage and increase brand visibility.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, campaigns, and content engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure alignment of messaging and coordinated execution of marketing communication strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or with min.2-3 years’ proven experience in marketing communications.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with marketing tools, including tradeshows, website, email marketing tools, and social media management tools etc.

Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on marketing communication performance.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
