Ihre Aufgaben

Bedienen, Umrüsten und Einstellen von konventionellen und CNC-gesteuerten Bearbeitungsmaschinen
Umrüsten und Einstellen von unterschiedlichen Zuführsystemen (mechanisch, Bilderkennung, Roboter)
Fehler- und Störungsbehebung sowie Prozessoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
Unterstützung der MaschinenbedienerInnen bei Werkzeugwechsel, Qualitätsprüfung und Fein-Justierung

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf (zB Lehre Maschinenbautechnik, Zerspanungstechnik)
Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Zerspanung von Stahl und Gusseisen von Vorteil
Ausbildung und praktische Erfahrung auf Siemens 840 Steuerungen wünschenswert
Grundkenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik sowie am PC
Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Lernwilligkeit, Teamplayer
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb (grundsätzlich Montag - Freitag)

Das überkollektivvertragliche Bruttoentgelt beträgt EUR 3.628,45 pro Monat (inkl. durchschnittlicher Zulagen, 14x jährlich). Ihr tatsächliches Entgelt richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualikation und wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
