Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt in der Produktion, steuerst und kontrollierst den Prozess und sorgst so dafür, dass die Maschinen wie geschmiert laufen.

Deine Aufgabe als Maschinenführer (m/w/d)

Du betreibst, wartest und reparierst Maschinen, entdeckst Fehler sofort und behebst diese

Du rüstest und fährst die Produktionsmaschinen, fertigst den Auftrag und steuerst den Produktionsprozess

Die Qualität hältst Du mittels Ausmusterung und Qualitätskontrollen hoch

Du hältst lebensmittelrechtliche Vorschriften ein und schaust auf Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Produktions- und Lagerbereich

Du gewährleistest unsere normgerechte Produktion und führst die Qualitätskontrollen durch

Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und koordinierst das Personal an der Maschine

Dein Profil als Maschinenführer (m/w/d)

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem anerkannten mechanisch-technischen Beruf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (idealerweise Packmitteltechnologe oder Papiermacher)

Du bringst Erfahrung als Maschinenführer bzw. im Bedienen von Produktionsmaschinen mit

Du arbeitest gerne zu unterschiedlichen Tages- und Nachtzeiten in einem 3-Schichtsystem und nimmst die damit verbundenen Vorteile mit (Schichtwechsel wochenweise, Sa*/So frei – *Bei Nachtschicht Sa. bis 6 Uhr/Kein Vollkonti)

Du hast schon mal industrielle Produktionsmaschinen bedient

Du verfügst über EDV-Grundkenntnisse, um Dir das Rüsten von Maschinen und Anlagen zuzutrauen

Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
