Ihre Rolle
- Präzises Läppen von Rund- und Planoptik-Bauteilen gemäß Toleranzen, Oberflächenqualität und Prozessvorschriften
- Auswahl, Aufbereitung und Wechsel von Läppmitteln, Schleifscheiben und Spannvorrichtungen; Prozessparameter-Optimierung
- Überwachung der Oberflächenqualität durch Messungen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei Einsprengeln, Verunreinigungen oder Oberflächenfehlern; Zusammenarbeit mit QA zur Freigabe

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse bzw. ergänzende Weiterbildung im optischen Bereich
- Fachkundig im Läppen von Rund- und Planoptik
- Mess- und Qualitätskompetenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit Oberflächen- und Profilsichtmessung, Dokumentation von Messergebnissen, Beurteilung der Oberflächenqualität und Einhaltung von Toleranzen
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, präzise Kommunikation von Abweichungen
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Dreischichtsystem
