Responsibilities:
- Setup, execution, and analysis of molecular dynamics simulations for organic systems.
- Development and application of methods for analyzing simulation data.
- Application of statistical and machine-learning-based methods to analyze molecular properties and simulation data.
- Automation of simulation, data-processing, and analysis workflows using Python and Linux.
- Execution of computationally intensive simulations in high-performance computing environments.
- Collaboration with experts in computational chemistry and data-driven materials research.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, computational science, or a related field.
- Experience with molecular dynamics simulations and interest in molecular and materials modeling.
- Good programming skills in Python
- Experience working in Linux-based environments.
- Familiarity with statistical and machine-learning-based data analysis, particularly for the evaluation of scientific simulation data.
- Experience with high-performance computing systems and running computationally intensive applications is an advantage.
- Knowledge of commonly used molecular dynamics simulation software is an advantage.
- Interest in modern simulation methods, scientific computing, and artificial intelligence.
- Good English skills.
