JobSummary
Weareseekingareliableanddetail-orientedMaterialHandler/InventoryAssociate to support manufacturing and engineering operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, moving, and issuing materials throughoutthefacilitytosupportproductionneeds.Theidealcandidatewillhavepreviousexperienceinawarehouse,stockroom,shipping/receiving,inventory,ormaterialhandlingenvironmentandenjoyworkinginafast-pacedmanufacturingsetting. Thispositionofferstheopportunitytoworkwithmultipleteamswhilehelpingmaintaininventoryaccuracy,supportproductionschedules,andensurematerialsareavailablewhenneeded.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Receive,inspect,andprocessincomingmaterials,components,andsupplies
Label,store,andorganizematerialsindesignatedstockroomorwarehouselocations
Pick,issue,andkitmaterialstosupportmanufacturingandengineeringactivities
Transportmaterialsthroughoutthefacilityasrequired
Performshippingandreceivingactivities,includingdocumentationandinventorytransactions
Maintainaccurateinventoryrecordsandassistwithinventoryauditsandcyclecounts
Preparematerialsforshipmentandcoordinateoutboundfreightasneeded
Ensurematerialsareproperlyidentified,handled,andstoredaccordingtoestablishedprocedures
Assistinmaintainingaclean,organized,andsafestockroomandwarehouseenvironment
Supportadditionalwarehouse,inventory,andlogisticsactivitiesasassigned
MinimumQualifications
HighschooldiplomaorGED
Atleast1yearofexperienceinawarehouse,stockroom,shipping/receiving,inventory,logistics,ormaterialhandlingenvironment
Experiencereceiving,stocking,picking,packing,kitting,orissuingmaterials
Basiccomputerskills,includingMicrosoftOutlookandExcel
Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoaccuracy
Abilitytoprioritizetasksandworkeffectivelyinafast-pacedenvironment
Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills
Abilitytoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
PreferredQualifications
Experienceworkinginamanufacturingenvironment
ExperienceusingERP,MRP,orinventorymanagementsystems
Inventorycounting,cyclecount,orinventoryreconciliationexperience
Forkliftcertificationorpreviousforkliftexperience
Experiencesupportingproduction,assembly,orengineeringoperations
