As a Maximo Developer - Associate you will support the analysis, configuration, and implementation of Maximo-based business application solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency within our Technology Consulting practice. As an Associate you will focus on learning, contributing to project tasks, asking questions in complex situations, and building the skills needed to support senior staff while delivering dependable work in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will assist with software changes, testing, issue resolution, and client support activities tied to Maximo applications, while developing your understanding of how business application consulting and Field Service & Operations Modernisation support client needs.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the analysis and implementation of Maximo software solutions to enhance client operational efficiency
- Supporting client training and integration processes for seamless utilization of Maximo applications
- Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture
- Engaging in project management tasks to facilitate the successful deployment of Maximo solutions
- Utilizing IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows
- Participating in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture to meet client needs
- Applying emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery
- Contributing to the modernization of field service and operations through innovative Maximo consulting practices
- Leveraging intellectual curiosity to explore new methodologies and tools for Maximo development
- Providing client support by actively listening and responding to feedback to enhance service quality
What You Must Have
- At least 2 years of experience
Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
Integration Framework: understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management
- Engaging in Maximo software development and integration

- Participating in field service mobility and grid modernization projects
