1. 中专及以上学历；
2.1-3 年以上相关工作经验 ；
3. 掌握工厂水、电、气等公用设施设备的维护与维修技能，并独立操作；
4. 对自动化设备有基础的概念，配合工程师进行基础维修；
5. 对工厂水、电、配电柜、空压机等设备的检修和故障排除；
6. 会使用基本的维修工具和检测仪器，如万用表、示波器、钳子、扳手等；
7. 熟练使用office日常软件；
8. 持有低压电工操作证；
9. 工作认真负责，能够严格按照操作规程和工作要求完成任务；
10. 领导安排的其他事宜。
