Ayvens, het mobiliteitsmerk dat vanuit ALD Automotive en LeasePlan is ontstaan, is wereldwijd marktleider in het aanbieden van leasing, mobiliteitsadvies en ex-leaseauto’s. Medewerker Mobility Desk
Wat ga je doen?
Als Medewerker Mobility Desk ben je spin in het web bij het opleveren en innemen van auto’s. Jij helpt leaserijders bij het maken van een keuze. Voor degene met een vast contract kan dat een spiksplinternieuwe auto zijn, voor de medewerker met een tijdelijk contact wordt het Short Lease. Jij weet precies welke regels voor welke klant gelden. Samen met je collega’s sta je met snelle service elke dag klaar voor onze leaserijders. Dit doe je via telefoon, e-mail, WhatsApp en live-chat. Naast klantcontact, houd je ook de administratie bij. De afspraken die jij maakt, moeten ook voor je collega’s duidelijk zijn. Zo zorgen jullie samen voor optimale service en soepele coördinatie.
Wat breng je mee?
- MBO-4 niveau/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Werkervaring in een serviceverlenende omgeving is een pré;
- Service- en commercieel gerichte instelling;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Teamspirit;Ambitie en drive om je verder te ontwikkelen;
- Talent voor multitasken.

- Salaris van €2.718,00-€3.060,00 bruto op basis van een 40 urige werkweek, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding;
