Als medewerker Technical Sales Support bij TRUMPF bied jij voor zowel onze klanten als jouw collega’s oplossingen voor technische en commerciële aftersales vraagstukken. Jij bent de vraagbaak en geeft met jouw technische kennis van onze producten, onze klanten het gevoel ècht goed geholpen te zijn. Je hebt een service gerichte instelling en je kunt met enthousiasme adviseren op het gebied van en Machine Tools en Laser Technologie.
Je bedient de klanten met commerciële en technische vragen, of het nu gaat om een uitbreiding van hun bestaande installatie, een onderhoudscontract of een scholing. Jij bent voor hen het aanspreekpunt voor aftersales. Het correct verwerken van de oplossingen in de sales en aftersales systemen is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid.
Jouw team
Je komt als medewerker Technical Sales Support terecht in een hecht team met technisch specialisten en salescollega’s. Het is een gemêleerd en hardwerkend team waarin iedereen zijn/haar eigen specialiteit heeft. Heb je een vraag? Dan helpen jouw collega’s je zonder twijfel op weg. Jouw manager geeft jou alle ruimte tot ontwikkeling en stimuleert zelfstandigheid.
Jouw profiel
- Je bent een gedreven en technisch geschoolde professional met goede
technische en commerciële vaardigheden.
- Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde over MBO/HBO- opleiding, bij
voorkeur werktuigbouwkunde, en je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek.
- Je bent vindingrijk in het bedenken van oplossingen en je bent in staat om
vanuit verschillende perspectieven naar situaties te kijken.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift
en kennis van Duits is een pré.
