Main responsibilities:

· Supporting the administrative functions in the Hungarian Medical Team

· Use our internal systems to manage the job

· Collaborate with the medical colleagues and cross functional collaboration with the responsible teams

· Organise events, manage the administration and logistics

About you

Experience:

· Ongoing university studies (active student status)

· Min. 20 -hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

· Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

· Precision and attention to detail

· Good working knowledge of standard office software (MS Office, CRM systems)

· Ability to manage and process contracts and administrative documentation

· Good Excel skills

Languages:

· Hungarian (Fluent)

· English (Intermediate)
