Responsibilities:
- Ejecutar el plan de visitas en tiendas asignadas, cumpliendo itinerario, registro de asistencia y envío de evidencias conforme a los lineamientos establecidos.
- Asegurar la correcta exhibición de productos en punto de venta, mediante la ejecución de planogramas, acomodo, limpieza, frenteo y señalización.
- Gestionar inventarios en tienda, identificando agotamientos, sobre inventarios y desviaciones para asegurar la disponibilidad del producto.
- Asegurar la correcta comunicación de precios y promociones, garantizando la visibilidad de ofertas y materiales en el punto de venta.
- Mantener relaciones operativas con personal de tienda, facilitando la ejecución comercial y la correcta implementación de actividades en piso de venta.

- Apoyar en la implementación de actividades promocionales, incluyendo colocación de material POP y ejecución de dinámicas en tienda.
- Reportar información de desempeño e incidencias en tienda, incluyendo indicadores, actividades de la competencia y condiciones del punto de venta.
- Apoyar en la generación de oportunidades comerciales en tienda, mediante la negociación de espacios adicionales y exhibiciones complementarias.
- Cumplir con los estándares de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente (HSE), incluyendo:
- Reporte oportuno de condiciones y actos inseguros
- Participación en iniciativas de seguridad
- Aplicación de herramientas de cultura HSE (Good catches, safety walks, etc.).
$9,600.00 MXN Gross monthly
