A Flex magyarországi telephelyein- Zalaegerszegen, Sárváron, Tabon, illetve Budapesten és Gyálon - közel 10 000 munkavállalót foglalkoztat.
A zalaegerszegi gyáregységünk csapatába keresünk munkatársat az alábbi munkakörbe:
Mérnökségi Technológus
A legfontosabb feladatai a következők lesznek:
- Karbantartási feladatok meghatározása, ellátása
- Gépek és berendezések hibáiból eredő problémák elhárítása
- Fokozott jelenlét a folyó termelésben, napi problémák megoldásában való aktív részvétel
- Új projektek támogatása, termelésindításban való aktív részvétel
- A munkakörhöz kapcsolódó új technológiák, berendezések fejlesztése, a fejlesztések koordinálása
- A fejlesztési eredmények kiértékelése, analízise.
- Aktív részvétel a termelési mutatók javításában és stabilan tartásában (FPY, Selejt, Állásidő)
- Folyamatok kontroll-eszközeinek kifejlesztése, működtetése, felügyelete
- Munkautasítások, egyéb dokumentumok (pl. specifikációk, eljárások) írása és karbantartása
- Terméktámogatás, termékanalízis - mechanikai és egyéb gyártástechnológiai szempontból

A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges ismeretek:
- Gépészmérnöki, villamosmérnöki vagy mechatronikai mérnöki végzettség, pályakezdő mérnökök jelentkezését is várjuk
- Kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban egyaránt
- Magabiztos számítástechnikai ismeretek
- Szelektív forrasztó gépekkel kapcsolatos tapasztalat
Előnyként értékeljük:
- Panelgyártásban szerzett tapasztalat (milling, pressfit, oddform gépek ismerete)
- Hasonló munkakörben, vagy karbantartási területen, elektronikai iparban szerzett szakmai tapasztalat
