Wir bauen unser Software-Service Team in Bottighofen am Bodensee aus und suchen zusätzliche Mitarbeitende!

Deine Aufgaben:

Technische Projektumsetzung und Implementierung der TRUMPF-eigenen Industrie 4.0 Software-Lösungen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort

Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden in Fragen rund um die TRUMPF-Software-Lösungen und deren Integration in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur

Kompetente Ansprechperson in Themen betreffend der industriellen Produktion und Vernetzung sowie in allen Fragen hinsichtlich der Software-Systeme, des Rechnerumfeldes und der Netzwerkadministration

Weltweiter First- und Second-Level Support für Kunden der TRUMPF-Softwarelösungen

Mitgestaltung in der Produktentwicklung als Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Software-Entwicklung

Was wir suchen:

Ausbildung der Fachrichtung Informatik notwendig, optional auch abgeschlossen Studium Fachrichtung Informatik

Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkadministration oder Anwendungsberatung

Freude an nationalen und internationalen Einsätzen (Reisetätigkeit ca. 50 % - 60 % im Monat)

Führerschein Klasse B zwingend

Engagement, Flexibilität, Kundennähe prägen deine Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2-Niveau)
