Feladatok:
- Külső és belső reklamációkból eredő hibák elemzése
- Keresztfunkcionális csapat koordinálása a gyökérokok feltárásában, a szükséges intézkedések meghatározásában és bevezetésében
- 8D riportok és reklamációs jelentések elkészítése, az intézkedések nyomon követése és hatékonyságuk igazolása
- Minőségügyi statisztikák és elemzések készítése
- Kapcsolattartás vevőkkel minőségügyi kérdésekben
- Részvétel külső és belső auditokra való felkészülésben, valamint azok lebonyolításában
- A PFMEA felülvizsgálatának és fejlesztésének támogatása a keresztfunkcionális csapat tagjaként
- Ellenőrzési tervek fejlesztése és karbantartása a releváns területek bevonásával
- PPAP dokumentáció összeállítása és benyújtása
- Részvétel a belső és külső változáskezelési folyamatokban
- Vevői portálok kezelése és naprakészen tartása
- Belső auditok végrehajtása az auditterv szerint
- Külső auditok koordinálása, beleértve az auditterv egyeztetését, az érintett területek bevonását és a felkészülés támogatását
- Heti, havi és vevőspecifikus riportok készítése
- Aktív részvétel a gyártósorok napi szintű minőségügyi támogatásában

Elvárások:
- felsőfokú állami diploma
- Előny: autóiparban szerzett minőségbiztosítási tapasztalat (IATF 16949 szabvány ismerete)
- legalább 5 év gyártócégnél szerzett minőségbiztosítási tapasztalat
- tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás
- Előny: német nyelvtudás
- MS Office alkalmazások felhasználó szintű ismerete
- Előny: SAP felhasználói szintű ismerete
- Jó problémamegoldó és szervező készség, analitikus gondolkodásmód
