Responsibilities:

Annahme von Lieferungen: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entgegennahme und Kontrolle eingehender Warenlieferungen auf Vollständigkeit, Menge und Unversehrtheit.

Prüfung von Lieferscheinen und Bestellungen: Sie vergleichen die gelieferten Waren mit den Bestellunterlagen und den Angaben auf den Lieferscheinen.

Dokumentation: Sie erfassen die Warenbewegungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem und melden Abweichungen oder Schäden an die zuständige Abteilung.

Koordination mit den Schnittstellen: Sie leiten die Waren nach der Annahme weiter und sorgen für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit denAbteilungen.

Unterstützung im Wareneingang: Sie helfen bei der Entladung von LKWs und der ordnungsgemäßen Einlagerung der Waren.

Qualifications:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildungim Bereich Lagerlogistik, Handel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Berufserfahrung: Erste Erfahrung in der Warenannahme oder im Lagerbereich.

Technische Fähigkeiten: Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.

Aufmerksamkeit für Details: Genauigkeit bei der Prüfung und Erfassung von Waren und Dokumenten.

Körperliche Belastbarkeit: Fähigkeit, gelegentlich schwere Lasten zu heben und zu bewegen.

Gabelstaplerscheinzur Unterstützung bei der Warenbewegung.

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Scannern und Barcode-Systemen wünschenswert

Kenntnisse in der Lagerverwaltung und Bestandskontrolle wünschenswert
