Die Danisco Deutschland GmbH gehört unter dem Geschäftsbereich Health and Biosciences zum IFF Konzern - International Flavors & Fragrances - einem weltweit führenden Unternehmen in der Aromen- und Geschmacks- und Duftstoffindustrie mit Hauptsitz in New York. Die Produktpalette der Danisco Deutschland GmbH in Niebüll umfasst Starterkulturen (lebende Mikroorganismen), Schutzkulturen, probiotische Kulturen, Hefen und Schimmelpilzkulturen. Unsere Produkte werden in über 90 Ländern bei der Herstellung von Käse, Joghurt, diversen Milchprodukten sowie anderen fermentierten Lebensmitteln eingesetzt und tragen dazu bei, die Qualität der Lebensmittel zu verbessern.

- Herstellung und Abfüllung mikrobiologischer Medien nach definierten Qualitätsstandards
- Durchführung von Sterilitäts- und Qualitätsprüfungen
- Bedienung und Überwachung von Autoklaven, Dispersions- und Abfüllanlagen
- Reinigung von Räumen, Bedarfsgegenständen und Maschinen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Mitarbeit bei Reinraumprozessen und biosicherheitsrelevanten Tätigkeiten
- Überwachung von Rohstoffen, Chemikalien und Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Wartung, Kalibrierung und Prüfung von Laborgeräten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Das bringen Sie mit
- Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Labor oder in der Lebensmittelbranche
- Ausgeprägtes Hygienebewusstsein und hohe Sorgfalt
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
Damit heben Sie sich ab
- Erfahrung in der Lebensmittel-, Biotechnologie- oder Mikrobiologiebranche.
- Kenntnisse in Foxboro, SegoSoft oder vergleichbaren Systemen.
- Erfahrung im Reinraum oder in der Qualitätskontrolle.
