· Memantau Status ATM
- Mengecek apakah mesin ATM online/offline secara real-time
- Memastikan semua layanan (tarik tunai, cek saldo, transfer) berjalan normal
· Monitoring Sistem & Jaringan
- Memantau koneksi jaringan ATM ke server pusat
- Menggunakan sistem monitoring internal atau tools seperti IBM Netcool atau Nagios
· Deteksi & Penanganan Gangguan
- Mengidentifikasi error (misalnya ATM down, cash out, kartu tertelan)
- Melakukan troubleshooting awal atau eskalasi ke tim teknisi
· Koordinasi dengan Tim Terkait
- Berkomunikasi dengan teknisi lapangan, vendor, atau IT support
- Follow-up sampai masalah terselesaikan
· Monitoring Cash & Transaksi
- Memantau ketersediaan uang di ATM (cash level)
- Mengantisipasi ATM kehabisan uang (cash out)
· Pelaporan
