Sobre la posición
Como Operador de Montacargas, serás responsable de garantizar el movimiento seguro y eficiente de materiales y productos dentro del Centro de Distribución, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio, los estándares de calidad y los objetivos operativos del negocio.
Lo que harás
- Operar montacargas de forma segura y eficiente para el traslado, acomodo y surtido de mercancía.
- Realizar la carga y descarga de unidades de transporte.
- Ejecutar movimientos de inventario dentro del almacén de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Asegurar el correcto almacenamiento de los productos y materiales.
- Realizar inspecciones básicas al equipo antes y después de la operación.
- Apoyar en inventarios cíclicos y conteos físicos cuando sea requerido.
- Cumplir con los lineamientos de Seguridad, Salud, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.
- Mantener el orden y la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo.
- Reportar condiciones inseguras o desviaciones operativas de manera oportuna.

Quién eres
- Secundaria concluida (deseable preparatoria).
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año operando montacargas en almacenes, centros de distribución o plantas de manufactura.
- Conocimiento de prácticas de seguridad en manejo de materiales.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
- Deseable contar con constancia, licencia o certificación para operación de montacargas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo apego a procedimientos.
- Actitud de servicio, responsabilidad y enfoque en resultados.
- Compromiso con la seguridad y la mejora continua.
