Leitung diverser Projekte und Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Unterprojekten hinsichtlich:

Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Angebotserstellung, Planung, Projektierung und Durchführung von Montage(Teil-)Projekten sowie für die Anlagenqualifizierung und Validierung gem. GMP
Übergabe einer stabilen und prozesssicheren Produktionsanlage an die Produktion mit Betreuung der ramp-up Phase, Training, Schulung etc.
Einhalten und Arbeiten nach den aktuell gültigen NPI Prozess von Nemera
Erstellung der vollständigen Dokumentation für die notwendigen Validierungsschritte
Technische Beratung und Unterstützung bei Reklamationen
Unterstützung der Produktionsabteilungen bei der Lösung spezieller Produktionsprobleme und bei der ständigen Verbesserung der Qualität, Leistung und Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen
Betreuung und Ausarbeitung der fachlichen Anleitung und Schulung von Produktionsmitarbeitern
Unterstützung der Produktionsabteilungen hinsichtlich Optimierung der Prozesssicherheit, Produktivitätssteigerung und Wirtschaftlichkeit (Kostensenkung, KVP)
Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungsmaßnahmen für im Unternehmen eingesetzte Technologien zur Steigerung der langfristigen Konkurrenzfähigkeit
Optimierung von Organisationsabläufen und Informationssystemen

Fachliche Anforderungen:

Diplom-Ingenieur bzw. Bachelor oder Master im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
Fundierte technische Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Automatisierungs- und Anlagentechnik, o. ä.
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Standard-Produkte
