As a Manager in IT Infra/Cloud - Network Operations, you will lead and manage client service accounts within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on IT Infrastructure Managed Services. You will be responsible for overseeing cloud operations, confirming seamless network functionality, and delivering exceptional client support. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, leveraging your strategic planning skills and business knowledge to drive client engagement workstreams. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity, and navigating complex client needs with professional skepticism.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, while maintaining consistent quality and timelines. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities
- Leading cloud infrastructure operations and managing client support services
- Overseeing cloud migration and optimization projects to enhance service delivery
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud administration and performance monitoring
- Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure architecture to support business needs
- Managing cloud compliance and security measures to protect client data
- Coordinating with teams to troubleshoot cloud computing issues and optimize infrastructure performance
- Developing and executing cloud strategy initiatives to align with client objectives
- Providing technical consultation and coaching to enhance team capabilities in cloud operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address infrastructure challenges
- Promoting the adoption of innovative cloud technologies and practices across managed services
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
