Drive brand growth through planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across channels to increase leads, conversions, and revenue.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Increase qualified leads through optimized campaigns
- Improve conversion rates via landing page testing
- Grow brand awareness with consistent messaging
- Reduce CPA through continuous channel optimization
- Deliver monthly performance reports and insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing or campaign management
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns
- Experience using analytics to measure and optimize performance
- Strong copywriting and creative collaboration skills
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads or Meta Ads
- SEO fundamentals
- Marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
- A/B testing tools
- Strategic thinking
- Project management
- Creative problem-solving
- Data-driven decision making
- Cross-functional communication
