The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will build, scale, and lead dynamic engineering teams. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while promoting operational excellence and delivery of top-tier solutions. This role offers the chance to shape the future of technology initiatives and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree
15+ years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

Hands-on technical problem-solving capability

Experience in resource utilization and workforce planning
Track record of inclusive leadership across diverse teams
Ability to adapt to change and foster innovation
Experience with relational/document databases (PostgreSQL, Databricks, MongoDB), back-end development in Node.js/NestJS, and front-end development in React.
Skilled in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub
Nice to have: experience with AI-enabled software development
