El candidato ideal contará con experiencia sólida en Cisco Meraki Wireless, Cisco Meraki Dashboard y administración de redes WiFi empresariales distribuidas. La experiencia en Cisco ISE, Network Access Control (NAC), autenticación 802.1X y gestión de acceso seguro a la red será considerada un diferenciador importante para la posición.
Lo que harás
- Diseñar, implementar y administrar soluciones Wireless Enterprise utilizando Cisco Meraki, garantizando altos niveles de disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad.
- Ejecutar actividades de troubleshooting avanzado para incidentes relacionados con conectividad WiFi, roaming, interferencias RF, autenticación y experiencia de usuario.
- Realizar análisis de cobertura, site surveys y optimizaciones de red para mejorar el desempeño inalámbrico mediante ajustes de potencia, canales y diseño RF.
- Administrar y monitorear Access Points Cisco Meraki a través del Meraki Dashboard, incluyendo configuraciones, actualizaciones, alertas y análisis de desempeño.
- Implementar y operar soluciones de control de acceso a la red mediante Cisco ISE, incluyendo políticas NAC, autenticación 802.1X, RADIUS, MAB e integración con Active Directory.
- Colaborar con equipos de infraestructura, seguridad y operaciones para implementar mejoras, automatizaciones y estándares de red que aseguren una experiencia consistente para los usuarios finales.
Quién eres?
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información o experiencia equivalente.
- Experiencia comprobada en implementación, administración y soporte de redes Wireless Enterprise.
- Conocimiento sólido de Cisco Meraki Dashboard y Cisco Meraki Wireless.
- Experiencia administrando Access Points Cisco Meraki en entornos corporativos.
- Experiencia en diseño, implementación y operación de redes WiFi empresariales.
- Conocimiento de fundamentos de Radio Frecuencia (RF) aplicados a redes inalámbricas.
- Experiencia realizando Site Surveys, análisis de cobertura y optimización de redes WiFi.
- Capacidad para optimizar potencia, canales e interferencias para mejorar la experiencia de usuario.
- Conocimiento de roaming inalámbrico y mejores prácticas para garantizar una conectividad continua.
- Experiencia trabajando con tecnologías WiFi 6 y WiFi 7.
- Sólidos conocimientos de VLANs, DHCP, DNS y switching.
- Experiencia en monitoreo, análisis de desempeño y resolución de problemas en redes wireless empresariales.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de troubleshooting y resolución de incidentes complejos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos de infraestructura, operaciones y seguridad.
- Habilidades efectivas de comunicación y documentación técnica.
