Perfil nutrición
Formación Académica:Estudiante de 7.º semestre en adelante o recién egresado (máximo 1año) de la Licenciatura en Nutrición.
Enfoque disruptivo para integrarseanuestro departamento deSeguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente (EHS)oRecursos Humanos. El objetivo es diseñar y ejecutar programas de nutrición especializados para optimizar la salud de nuestros investigadores, técnicos y personal administrativo, adaptándosealos ritmos de una industria de alta exigencia tecnológica.

Conocimientos Técnicos:
Manejo de software de evaluación nutricional.
Conocimiento enNutrición Laboraly ergonomía.
Dominio intermedio de Excel (para manejo de indicadores de salud).
Nivel de inglés:B1 (Intermedio)– capaz de leer estudios científicos y manuales técnicos.
Competencias Soft:
Pensamiento Analítico:Capacidad para correlacionar hábitos alimenticios con productividad.
Comunicación Asertiva:Capacidad de hablar "el mismo idioma" que un ingeniero (basado en datos y evidencia).
Adaptabilidad:Interés genuino por el sector automotriz y electromecánico.
Responsabilidades
Diagnóstico Poblacional:Realizar evaluaciones antropométricas y de hábitos alimenticiosala plantilla de ingeniería.
Diseño de Programas Específicos:Crear planes de alimentación enfocados en la reducción del estrés oxidativo y mejora de la concentración mental.
Auditoríade Comedor Industrial:Supervisar la calidad, higiene y balance macro-nutricional de los menús ofrecidos por el proveedor de alimentos.
Educación Continua:Impartir workshops sobre "Nutrición para el Alto Rendimiento" y "Prevención de Enfermedades Metabólicas" en entornos sedentarios/de laboratorio.
Gestión de Indicadores (KPIs):Monitorear la evolución del IMC (Índice de Masa Corporal) y otros marcadores de salud del personal clave.
Propuesta
Inmersión Tecnológica:Oportunidad de aplicar la nutrición en un entorno de innovación automotriz (electromovilidad, sistemas de control, etc.).
