Eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeit mit den Schwerpunkten arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge, Einstellungs- und Eignungsuntersuchungen, arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung nach DGUV
Begleitung und Management von stufenweisen Wiedereingliederungsmaßnahmen nach Langzeiterkrankung
Mitarbeit im Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM)
Notfallbehandlung der Mitarbeiter bei Unfällen oder med. Notfällen
Beratung der Betriebe bei medizinischen und toxikologischen Fragestellungen
Berücksichtigung arbeitsmedizinischer Aspekte bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
Ansprechpartner der BG und der Aufsichtsbehörden in medizinischen Fragen
Teilnahme am werkseigenen Rettungsdienst
Rufbereitschaft im Rahmen des Notfallmanagements und des Werkskrisenstabs

Anforderungen

Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin, oder die Voraussetzungen für die Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin
Idealerweise weitere Facharztbezeichnung im Rahmen der akuten Patientenversorgung (z.B. Allgemeinmedizin, Innere Medizin, Chirurgie / Unfallchirurgie, Anaesthesiologie)
Idealerweise Zusatzbezeichnung Notfallmedizin und Erfahrung im Rettungsdienst
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Selbstorganisation
