Responsibilities

Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments for purity and value according to bank policies.
Process gold loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
Deliver high-quality customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage the safe custody of gold assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
Achieve individual business targets for gold loan disbursements and portfolio growth.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for other consumer banking products and services.

Requirements

Proven experience in gold appraisal, valuation, and gold loan processing within a financial institution.
Strong understanding of gold loan products, market trends, and regulatory compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail in handling physical assets and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
