1. Onsite Operations Management
- Bertugas sebagai perwakilan perusahaan di lokasi pelanggan (Bank/Client).
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional ATM berjalan sesuai SOP, SLA, dan kontrak layanan.
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap operasional ATM, termasuk cash replenishment, first line maintenance (FLM), second line maintenance (SLM), dan aktivitas pendukung lainnya.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Menjadi contact person utama antara pelanggan dengan tim operasional perusahaan.
- Menangani pertanyaan, permintaan, dan keluhan pelanggan terkait layanan ATM.
- Membangun serta menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan layanan.
3. Operational Coordination
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Branch Operations, National Command Center (NCC), FLM, SLM, Cash Management, Vendor, dan pihak terkait lainnya.
- Mengoordinasikan penyelesaian gangguan operasional maupun kerusakan ATM.
- Memastikan setiap permintaan pelanggan ditindaklanjuti sesuai SLA.

4. Monitoring Service Performance
- Memantau performa layanan ATM, termasuk uptime, downtime, response time, dan penyelesaian gangguan.
- Mengidentifikasi potensi permasalahan operasional dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
- Memastikan target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) layanan ATM tercapai.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Menyusun laporan operasional harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
- Mendokumentasikan insiden, keluhan pelanggan, tindakan perbaikan, dan hasil penyelesaian.
- Menyampaikan laporan performa layanan kepada pelanggan maupun manajemen.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional mematuhi SOP perusahaan, kebijakan keamanan, serta regulasi yang berlaku.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan data pelanggan dan informasi operasional.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan audit internal maupun eksternal.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan proses operasional ATM.
- Memberikan masukan kepada manajemen terkait efisiensi layanan dan peningkatan kualitas operasional.
- Berpartisipasi dalam implementasi proyek atau inisiatif peningkatan layanan ATM.
