Descripción: ejecutar el proceso de carga de gases industriales, gases medicinales y mezclas industriales en cilindros, cumpliendo con las instrucciones y especificaciones de trabajo según requerimiento del programa de producción, bajo los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.

Responsabilidades:

Ejecutar el llenado de cilindros según procedimientos establecidos.

Registrar y cuadrar la producción en SAP.

Realizar mantenimiento de cilindros y controles preventivos de la planta.

Mantener herramientas, equipos y EPPs operativos, gestionando mantenimiento o cambios cuando corresponda.

Inspeccionar el local y dar seguimiento al PM Compliance.

Reportar incidentes, near miss o eventos asociados a líquidos criogénicos.

Cumplir actividades de seguridad y estándares SHEQ aplicables.

Cumplir las funciones del cargo y objetivos corporativos.

Apoyar el despacho de envases cuando sea necesario.

Separar y entregar envases a mantenimiento.

Requisitos:

Formación: Secundaria completa, de preferencia tener estudios técnicos de Mecánica Industrial o carreras afines al rubro industrial.

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en operaciones de mantenimiento de equipos, procesos industriales y/o puestos de operario en el rubro industrial.

Experiencia en el área de Operaciones.

Manipulación segura de gases, ergonomía.

Conocimiento de planes de emergencias y contingencias, mapas de riesgos.

Reportes de accidentes e incidentes.

Reportes de oportunidades de mejora de calidad, seguridad u otros.

Participación en auditorías internas y otras.

Manejo de Office a nivel usuario.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de mañana y tarde.

Requisitos deseables:

Conocimiento en mantenimiento industrial

Mecánica y Electricidad.

Poseer licencia de conducir A1.

Conocimiento de SAP.
