Votre mission :
Au cœur de nos ateliers, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel : vous intégrez l’équipe des Composants et Trains de Roulement, et vous serez en charge de la fabrication des pièces et du suivi des machines automatisées à commandes numériques (Siemens, Mazatrol, Mazak…)..
Vos activités :
Equiper, charger / décharger, régir et piloter en automatique ou en manuel une série de machines intégrées en cellule
Réaliser son travail en fonction des supports mis à sa disposition tels que : plan des pièces, instructions écrites ou orales, tableau de bord, standard de travail
Utiliser les moyens de contrôle spécifiques mis à sa disposition
Enregistrer et traiter les données qualité et respecte le plan de contrôle
Respecter les règles de sécurité, nettoie et entretien machines, équipement et zone de travail
Résoudre des problèmes spécifiques (aide au diagnostic), réalisation de la maintenance préventive qui lui est confiée sur l'équipement ainsi que les périphériques attenants (outils-coupants)
Gérer des retouches, des outils, du matériel et des bruts qui lui sont confiés dans le cadre de la fonction
Faire de la satisfaction de ses clients, UN SOUCI PERMANENT
Compétences :
Techniques :
Bac PRO/BTS avec 2 à 5 ans d'expérience mécanique ou électromécanique.
Lecture de plans et lecture de rapport de contrôle
Comportementales :
Disponibilité, Initiative, rigueur
Esprit d'analyse et d'équipe
Autonomie
Bonne communication
Rémunération & horaires:
CONTRAT CDD
Horaire fixe : Soir 14h30 - 22h30
Bâtiment : Grenoble
Salaire mensuel brut : de 2512€ à 2900€ en fonction de l'expérience (prime horaire compris)
