The Position

Opérateur

Job Summary

Sous la supervision d'un ingénieur, d'un chercheur (Scientist) ou d'un technicien confirmé, l'Opérateur assure l'exécution des manipulations de routine et des tests de base requis pour le déroulement des projets Recherche & Développement de son équipe. Il garantit la fiabilité des premières manipulations indispensables aux caractérisations des minéraux et des applications.

MISSIONS OPÉRATIONNELLES

Savoir-faire Technique & Connaissances :

Exécution de protocoles : Réaliser des manipulations basiques et des tâches simples en suivant scrupuleusement les protocoles standards établis.
Rigueur d'exécution : Faire preuve d'une attention constante aux détails lors de la préparation du matériel ou d'échantillonnage
Outils digitaux : Maîtriser l'utilisation de base des tableurs (Google Sheets) et du traitement de texte (Google Docs) pour la saisie des données.
Tenue du poste : Assurer l'ordre, la propreté et la maintenance de premier niveau du laboratoire et de son poste de travail.

Planification & Autonomie :

Gestion des tâches : Organiser ses tâches quotidiennes de manière fluide afin de livrer les résultats demandés dans les délais impartis.

ENVIRONNEMENT HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement)

Application des règles : Connaître, comprendre et appliquer rigoureusement toutes les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité définies au niveau du site.
Comportement : Être capable d'identifier un comportement à risque et le signaler immédiatement.

PROFIL & EXIGENCES ACADÉMIQUES

Formation de base : Niveau Baccalauréat scientifique/technique ou équivalent.
Expérience : Première expérience en environnement de laboratoire industriel, profil junior accepté. Expérience usine appréciée.
Qualités personnelles : Rigueur d'exécution, esprit d'équipe, dynamisme et sens de l'organisation pratique.
