OPERATEUR PILOTE
Horaire en 2 ou 3 équipes selon plan de production
PROFIL SOUHAITÉ
CFC technique de préférence ou formation jugée équivalente.
Connaissances particulières : outils informatiques de base (Word, SAP, Excel, Access..).
Capacité à effectuer différents travaux afférents à l’industrie chimique: montage, démontage et nettoyage d’éléments de fabrication (pompe, vanne, conduites, …),
Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation rapide
Forte orientation technique
Aptitudes à générer des idées d’amélioration des procédés
Capacité à s’intégrer dans l’équipe
TACHES PRINCIPALES
Garantir la marche optimale de l’installation de fabrication et de la tenue d’un protocole manuscrit des différents points de la prescription
Prélever des échantillons de contrôle de façon fiable
Appliquer les consignes de sécurité et respecter les prescriptions et directives de fabrication

Soutenir l’agent technique du pilote dans la formation des nouveaux associés, des collaborateurs temporaires et des apprentis.
Etre capable de démarrer et arrêter les installations
Introduire des points défaillants dans le système de gestion des pannes (SAP).
Participer à la mise en service d’une installation avec les différents tests qui en découlent
Effectuer des tests TQM sur des mesures de température, de pression.
