We are looking for a responsible, people-oriented team member to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting people and building relationships, this role is for you. Prior experience is welcome but not required. We are open to fresh candidates who are motivated to learn and ready to take ownership of their work.
What You'll Do
• Create and publish job postings on social media and other recruitment channels
• Source and engage candidates, members and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels
• Guide new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding
• Understand clients' staffing needs, work schedules and requirements
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities using our automated matching system
• Interview and assess candidates on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and suitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and placement process
• Work towards individual and team targets

• Able to stay contactable by phone outside regular working hours when needed
• Willing to work on weekends when scheduled (you will receive two rest days each week, arranged around operational needs)
