Operations Associate - Reconciliations / Risk Control

What you'll bring to the role:
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team

- Reconciliation / Risk Control background within Financial Services
- Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with reconciliation platforms, reporting tools, or workflow management systems is advantageous
-Ability to investigate complex issues, analyze large datasets, and identify root causes to support timely resolution of operational exceptions
- At least 3 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
