Should have good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Should have good communication Skills (both written & verbal) Skill Set
Candidate should have good healthcare knowledge
Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors

Skills (Must have):

Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should have at least 10+ years of experience in AR and Denial management
Well organized, highly efficient with a keen eye for detail
Strong quantitative ability Should have overall 7+ years of experience in RCM Operations
Should have analytical skills & exhibit clear thinking/reasoning
Should be able to comprehend & well-articulated to present his/her thought process well
Should have excellent feedback and coaching skills
