负责中国区新型光学产品加工工艺平台的开发、导入、验证与持续优化，重点建设面向未来产品组合的超高精密加工技术能力。产品范围包括但不限于视光学镜片、自由曲面镜片等大尺寸光学片材、太阳镜片及其他新型光学产品。
该岗位应具备数控车床或精密加工设备相关经验，需结合超精密车削、微结构加工、光学模仁加工、车床机械结构等能力，支持新产品从研发样件、小批量验证到产业化导入的全过程。
