What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprisewide systems (e.g., Oracle, Camstar, ETQ, TLMS) across functional areas.
Develop & Customize Oracle Applications:Design, develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF pages, and BI Publisher reports within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
Database Development:Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages to support business requirements.

Integrations:Develop and manage integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and other methods to facilitate data exchange between systems.
System Support & Maintenance:Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning for existing Oracle applications and custom solutions.
Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Testing & Deployment:Conduct unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with deployment activities.
Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and support guides.
Who You Are (Qualifications/Desired Skills):
- Oracle Development Expertise:Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, OAF, and BI Publisher.
- Oracle EBS Knowledge:Experience with key Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain).
- Programming Skills:Strong PL/SQL skills; familiarity with Java and XML a plus.
- SDLC Understanding:Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, including debugging and performance tuning.
- Problem-Solver:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborative Communicator:Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant hands-on experience as an Oracle Applications Developer.
