This position reports to:

Roolisi ja vastuualueesi

Haemme tiimiimme ABB Oy Smart Powerille nyt osa-aikaista harjoittelijaa vientihuolinnan tehtäviin. Tehtävässä pääset osallistumaan muun muassa vientilähetysten koordinointiin, kuljetusten järjestämiseen sekä vientiasiakirjojen ja laskutuksen käsittelyyn. Tarjoamme monipuolisia työtehtäviä kansainvälisessä ympäristössä, jossa saat vastuuta ja mahdollisuuden oppia alaa käytännöistä. Tehtävä sijaitsee Vaasassa ja edellyttää työskentelyä paikan päällä. Työmäärä on keskimäärin 18 tuntia viikossa. Tehtävä on määräaikainen huhtikuun 2027 loppuun saakka, mahdollisesta jatkosta kesäharjoittelijana sovitaan myöhemmin erikseen.

Vientihuolinnan avustavat tehtävät
Vientitoimitusten koordinointi ja lähetysten buukkaus huolintaliikkeille
Laskutuksen ja tarvittavien lähetysdokumenttien valmistelu
Vientitoimituksiin liittyvien ongelmatilanteiden selvitystyö
GTS sanomien arkistointi
Muut vientilähetyksiin liittyvät toimet

Taustasi

Reipas ja huolellinen työote sekä halu oppia uutta
Eduksi katsomme kansainvälisen kaupan tai tuotantotalouden opinnot sekä perustason ymmärryksen logistiikasta ja toimitusehdoista
Tehtävässä edellytetään suomen sekä englannin kielen hyvää taitoa
