Job Description

岗位职责:
1、在喷漆线从事多种类型的喷漆工作，工件具有很高的质量要求（等级A）。
2、参与班前流程改进对话，积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议, 认真听取主管的各项要求
3、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生
4、努力发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡 .
5、按时完成公司要求的各项培训，自主完成对工作有益的其他培训
6、主动学习CPS和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中
7、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的发生
8、积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生
9、严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率
10、当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班，以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务
11、按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作
12、积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的各项浪费
13、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作

背景/经验:
1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神
2、中专及以上学历, 表面处理、化学等专业、有电镀或者表面处理经验优先
3、工程机械装配相关工作经验优先
4、无色盲或者弱视，矫正前裸眼视力大于1.0。
5、具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作
6、具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
